Cold Front to Bring Rain, Wind to Our Area
What is the danger?
According to the
National Weather Service (NWS), a cold front will quickly pass through Harris County late today and into tomorrow bringing the potential for brief heavy rain and gusty winds. A quick 1 to 2 inches of rain with some isolated 3-inch totals are possible overnight. Some ponding on roadways is likely and may affect the morning commute. The coldest temperatures associated with this front are expected on Friday with lows in the 40’s and wind chill into the 30’s.
